No-show or cancellation after dispatch
No-show, refusal of service, or cancellation after vehicle dispatch: non-refundable.
Bookings involving Toyota Alphard, Volvo EM90, Mercedes-Benz S-Class, peak dates, exhibitions, long-distance travel, or multi-day charters may have different cancellation terms. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible; processing may take 5 to 10 business days.
